Amy Smith – Senior Move Manager
Amy was home on summer break from college in 2005 when Jeff asked her if she was interested in working on a few moves. Little did she know that those first few jobs would lead to an exciting career with Honoring Aging. With a background in teaching and the passion to help others, working with seniors during one of the most difficult points in their lives, is nothing short of rewarding for Amy. She has since helped both sets of her grandparents move to retirement communities and again downsize within them. Treating each client as if they were her grandparent and becoming an advocate for them as if she was their granddaughter, is one of her favorite parts about senior move management. Seeing a client’s face as they walk around their new home for the first time, all put together after working side by side for months, is what she looks forward to most.
